Your privacy is our priority. Lift Planner is built to be a private, local-first tool for your training.
Lift Planner stores all workout data, exercise history, and personal metrics locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or see your personal training data on our own servers.
If you choose to use iCloud for backups, your data is stored securely in your private Apple iCloud account. The developer of Lift Planner has no access to this data.
We do not sell, trade, or share any user data with third-party companies or advertisers.
Because your data is stored locally, you have total control. You can delete all your information at any time by deleting the application from your device.
